World Health Day 2019 !



We live in such a diverse culture country, where everyone should get a good health service its the prime most concern now.

However, quarter of our population still lacks of proper essential health services because of extreme poverty each year they spent out of pocket spending on health.Homeo-cure always believed in universal health care services i.e. individual should always able to access the health services they need without suffering financial hardship.

A inactive lifestyle, smoking , excessive alcohol, poor diet regime are the key drivers of of heart diseases, cancers diabetics, etc.And it is proven that “Most of the cardiovascular diseases are life style diseases.”

Cardiovascular diseases causes because of noting but improper diet, tobacco and excessive alcohol, also these factors leads to high amount of carbohydrate consumption which is most important dietary factor responsible for other lifestyle diseases like diabetics, obesity etc.

So we can say that Unhealthy lifestyle is the bane of modern society which brings us the platter of diseases

With processed foods are introducing more in to our day to day life its is really important to have proper natural diet in to our routine.

Then what is balanced diet for healthy lifestyle-
Homeo-cure believes that a good mix of wholegrain, millet, pulses, legumes with at ;east five to six services of vegetable and fruits , a good mix of healthy fats from nuts and oil seeds and low fat variant of diary and poultry” is a balanced diet.

Remember that a typical Indian household breakfast is upwards of 70 per cent carbs, whereas lunch or dinner can have 60 per cent or higher carbs. Consume plenty of vegetables including green leaves. Instead of fruit juices, consume whole fruit since they contain fibre. So all we need is to reshuffle the diet routine according to our body needs so we can live healthy life.

Also the major point to be noted here is that children in a major way leading to childhood obesity. More junk food is being produced and consumed every day. And the society is paying a huge price for it, Every way!

So proper diet consultant is the only way out to avoid the obesity because in marketing era fitness trackers have become the order of the day. But are we walking enough, forget 10,000 steps a day? so proper diet is they only way to survive.
Also it is proven fact that exercise has been proven to reduce the rates of heart attacks, strokes and deaths due to cardiovascular diseases.

So at the end we can say that prevention is better than cure a little changes in lifestyle can make your every day healthy.
