How to loose weight naturally

Nowadays women are practicing wrong habit of eating. And the results are , putting some extra kilos of fats on body.


Here are some remedies to loose weight naturally.

1.Wake up early in the morning.

2.Start your day with fruit/green tea.

3.Do some floor exercise for 45 minutes.

4.After exercise eat healthy breakfast including rich in Carbohydrates,Fibre.

5.Take a gap between lunch and breakfast at least three hours.

6.Have lunch , with three chapaties bhaji including one bowl salad rich in protein.

7. After lunch Have some sprouts with fruit plate. ( Gap between three hours )

8.Practice a habit eating a healthy food while weight loss programme.

9.Keep a habit of eating with every three hours.

10.Drink plenty of water, body needs five liter of water per every twenty kg weight.

11.At the night do not consume heavy foods, have some light food.( You can eat oats at night)

12.Eat food including rich in protein, carbohydrates, fibre like sprouts, fruit plate

OR Have two chapatis bhaji with one bowl of salad .
