Daily practices to stay young in 2018 !!!


“You are never  too old to be young”

Truly said by someone, but are there any Daily practices to stay young? Does such things exits? If yes, then why we all on earth have different age groups? All should come under young age category by following such practices. Wait! before you get carried away by title let me clear your thoughts. What you about to read here will not make you newborn baby or teenager physically, these practices are all about getting inner self belief that we are young.
As a Maharashtrian we usually have a very masaledar (Spicy) food/diet. We consume such a variety of cuisine all round a year, because of lots of festivals rituals follows different cuisines. Here point to be noted that what you eat or consume daily is going to be get reflected on your body for sure. So “Making a wise food choice will decide whether you really want to become young or not”.

What routine we commonly follow? We manage to eat daily is roti,sabji,rice dal,etc. thinking in mind that, if I have daily meal at proper time then I will never face any health issue. Such a false belief we have. We only heard of words like Protein, Carbohydrates, fat,BMI,etc. as vocabulary only, but never had eagerness to know in what food exactly they exist. Just add some basic knowledge to your brain that-


Food Wt % of food Purpose
1)Protein Egg,Milk,Meat,Wheat,Millets,Sprouts,etc 10-15% Helps you to develop body,to overcome energy loss.
2)Carbohydrate Wheat ,Rice,Jawar,Potatto ,Sugar,etc. 50-70% Power house/source of body.
3) Fat Oil,Ghee,Cheese,etc 20-30% Excess energy sink/storage


So think before you eat, today’s world you don’t need to be medical expert  to know all such information about the food, you can always relay on Google and professionals like Homeo-cure

Basically Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat are the three pillars of your diet to stay young, but only balance of it will keep you young, imbalance will leads to unhealthy body physically and mentally.

What is my routine? I always start my day with something productive like meditation ,yoga, sometimes running (Early morning activity unriddle!!), Gym and followed by planned diet. But all of us don’t have always enough time to go to Gym, running etc. we can always relay on the meditation and diet because for that we don’t have to go anywhere else. Simple 15-20 min of breathing exercises will do the wonders to your body and mind ,so you can start your day with positive frame of mind.

Its all because of planned diet and daily healthy habits they follow.
I always felt that “Feeling of young is a belief that everyone have, all you need to do is take that belief to such level that is becomes reality to do so we must have good eating habits, planned diet and some daily physical activities”.To remain motivated, to feel young you should always look for some sources.  You can get example from your surrounding people it self. Every family has one person who is concern about his or her own diet all the time and other one  who eats anything i.e he or she has lots of unhealthy a habits(He/she can be you).Do analyze the behavior  pattern of both personalities , you will notice that well planned diet person has very good personality, confidence and has eagerness to do something positive in life and other way round other person will be having opposite of all, has a very lazy approach to all the things in life.This is the fact that I have experienced. Because when you don’t able to control your body habits you lose confidence and laziness overcomes your thoughts.
So it is the choice of food that will make your day positive or negative. Having said that all of us doesn’t want to become athlete, body builder,sports person but being fit enough to survive from the future health hazards is our right.We fight for Right to Equality,Right to Freedom of Speech etc, Why not we fight daily for Right to become healthy and feel young!! By following the planned diet like Ketogenic Diet.
Having good food diet doesn’t required any physical efforts or lots of money, it only requires initial efforts and one time investment in the form of fees paid to dietitian like Homeo-cure.later you yourself can keep the follow ups of self diet by awareness. Once you get used to getting planned diet you will surely feel secured about you health and can able to concentrate on other things in life 100%. So change your body it will change your environment.
